The certificates are to be issued under the recipient's name, and they are neither transferable, nor marketable or refundable. Our gift certificates cannot be cashed in. If the certificate's value exceeds the costs of the requested service, the respective difference will be refunded in form of a new certificate. Should the costs of service exceed the certificate's value, then the difference is to be extra paid. The gift certificates are only valid for one year.
