Our heusauna is particularly characterised by its high humidity and low temperatures. The low temperatures in the heusauna are ideal for all those who want to sweat in a way that is easy on the circulation. The natural active ingredients of the herbs and hay released in the warm, humid air have an effect on the whole body via the skin and especially on the respiratory tract. The experience resembles a stay in the alpine mountain world, it smells wonderfully of freshly mown hay. With a hay bath, you can immerse yourself in the idyllic atmosphere of an Engelberg mountain farm, alone or in a group, and leave your stressful everyday life behind. The heusauna is a special kind of sauna experience: it not only relaxes, but also alleviates inflammatory complaints thanks to the healing effect of the herbs. This creates a uniquely beneficial climate, giving this rediscovered bathing tradition a special place in the entire wellness landscape. You become calm and serene and after a short time you feel vigorous and refreshed.

Our Vitarium is a place of well-being for all the senses: a combination of Turkish bath and classic Finnish sauna. Here, precious materials are combined with sophisticated sauna design. The Vitarium pampers body and soul with a mixture of fragrances, steam, heat, meditative sounds and pure essential oils.

The double anatomical benches have different and complementary features that are harmoniously combined in the red-lit Aquarixx corner.

Nothing feels as good after a sauna session as the tingling refreshment at our ice fountain. The short, sharp cooling of the body, and preferably icy: it is precisely the shock-like encounter of heated skin and ice that slowly melts that makes up the typical sauna feeling. The blood vessels in the upper layer of the skin contract reflexively and then expand again with a pleasant tingling sensation.

The experience shower wets your body as a refreshing surge shower, with fragrant essences or nebulisation - warm or cold - as the crowning glory of your sauna experience.
