Your stay at our hotel

The main entrance to the hotel is open daily between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm. Please take the keycard with you whenever you leave the hotel.

The hotel does not have its own parking spaces. Public parking spaces are located 50m above (car park Mühle) or 100m below (car park Pfistermatte) our hotel. Fees for 24 hours: CHF 10.00

Please leave your winter sports equipment in our heated ski room. Each room has its own ski locker. Likewise, a bike room is available for bicycles and strollers. Both rooms are located in the basement of the hotel wing.

Please let us know if you have any allergies or food intolerances. Our chef knows all about food intolerances. He is creative and is sure to have tasty alternatives.

We also have bed linen for allergy sufferers which we are happy to prepare for you.

We have lots of insider tips in store. Just let us know at reception. We will be happy to fulfil your wishes and make recommendations.

Our staff at reception will be happy to help. We can't change tyres, but we know people who can and are happy to organise quick help.

We are happy to provide them free of charge.

To protect the environment, we would like to avoid unnecessary laundry.

We provide up-to-date timetables and of course individual information at our reception. The bus stop is just round the corner from the hotel.

We are happy to greet your visitors in the hotel lobby and inform you of their arrival. External guests may not stay in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Would you like your bedding to be changed daily? If so, please request this at breakfast. Please also contact reception if you would like hypo-allergenic bedding.

Would you like to sleep in and not be disturbed? Please hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door. Preferably on the outside so that the chambermaid can see it.

We are happy to organise flowers for you.

Are available at reception. We stamp them and take them to the post office.

Lost or found something? Please hand it in or ask at rezeption. The found items will be safely stored with us.

We will be happy to arrange an appointment for you with your favourite hairdresser. By the way: In Switzerland, this is charmingly referred to as a coiffeur.

Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 10:30 am in our Restaurant. Please let us know if you are vegetarian or have any allergies.

We are happy to keep an eye on your luggage and store it with us until you return. Super safe, of course.

You will find our Honesty Bar in Chalet Nils, stocked with refreshing drinks. If you are thirsty, simply order at reception. We will be happy to bring you a refill or something else.

Our vouchers can be issued individually. Value vouchers are just as possible as service vouchers.

Your best friend is welcome here. There are just a few rules that need to be observed. Please do not leave him alone in the room for too long, neither the dog nor the neighbour will like that. We charge CHF 30 per night without board. The owner is fully liable for any damage caused by the dog. Pets are of course also allowed in the restaurant.

If a pillow fight is planned, we will be happy to bring more pillows into the room. In this case, you are personally liable for any damage.

Unfortunately, situations like this happen everywhere. If we know immediately, we can react quickly and look for a solution. We are very flexible and have always found a suitable solution so far.

Several radio programmes are programmed into the room televisions. There should be something for every taste.

Our hotel offers space for guests with a wide variety of wishes - and for events of all kinds. Whether relaxed, business or festive: our rooms impress with their individual character and special flair. So everyone will find the right setting for their stay.

We are a non-smoking hotel. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Since we have the room thoroughly cleaned in the event of an offence, we charge an additional night.

Our staff will of course be happy to order for you by telephone.

With our LED-LCD, Smart TV sets you can receive satellite programmes and radio stations. There is a remote control. Please make sure that the TV is also switched on.

Laundry that is handed in at reception by 9.00 a.m. is usually returned the following day. Alternatively, you can use our laundry room, where you can do your own laundry for a fee.

Please register your wake-up request at reception. Our staff will always endeavour to carry it out reliably. Nevertheless, technical or human errors can unfortunately not be completely ruled out. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability for any resulting omissions in the event of “wake-up mishaps”.
