Hotel Entrance
The main entrance to the hotel is open daily between 7:30 am and 9:00 pm. Please take the keycard with you whenever you leave the hotel.
Parking spaces
The hotel does not have its own parking spaces. Public parking spaces are located 50m above (car park Mühle) or 100m below (car park Pfistermatte) our hotel. Fees for 24 hours: CHF 10.00
Ski room / bike room
Please leave your winter sports equipment in our heated ski room. Each room has its own ski locker. Likewise, a bike room is available for bicycles and strollers. Both rooms are located in the basement of the hotel wing.
Visitors
We are happy to greet your visitors in the hotel lobby and inform you of their arrival. External guests may not stay in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Room equipment
We believe it is extremely important that you relax and feel at home with us. We place great value on high-quality products.
- Soeder care products are manufactured in Switzerland. No unnecessary or even toxic ingredients are used and are therefore tolerable for everyone.
- Our comfortable mattresses from Kos House are antibacterial.
- Duvets and large pillows from Schwob are made with 100% grey goose down and feathers.
- All Schwob and Lusini terry cloth articles are made with 100% cotton.
Bedding
Would you like your bedding to be changed daily? If so, please request this at breakfast. Please also contact reception if you would like hypo-allergenic bedding.
Bath and hand towels
To protect the environment, we would like to avoid unnecessary laundry.
- Towels on the floor = please exchange.
- Towels on the rail = I will use the towel again.
Toiletries
Have you forgotten your toilet bag or some hygiene products? Come to the reception desk, we will be happy to help you.
Ski pass
You can buy your ski pass easily online or at the tourist information: Opening hours Mon-Sat: 08:00-12:00/13:00-17:00; Sun closed.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 10:30 am in our Restaurant. Please let us know if you are vegetarian or have any allergies.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel rooms, public areas, restaurants or bar. Please also refrain from smoking out of open windows. Many thanks.

Pets are allowed for CHF 30 per night/animal
